2009 Gallery

After a 9 win season in 2009 ending with the loss to Penn State and the lingering memory of the Ole Miss debacle. LSU fans eye the 2010 season with a wary eye.

We're looking at a schedule that will test our coaches and talent. We're also looking at a schedule that could work to our favor if a few facets of the game come together.

Chavis's defense should be solidly in place with a secondary most teams envy. Jordan Jefferson will need to fulfill the promise we saw in him when he joined the Purple and Gold. Perhaps his seasoning last year will pay dividends this year. Inexperienced, limited-experience and new players will have to step up and mature fast. The running game must become a factor. And finally, we need referees who are fair.

We played some close games last year against the best in the nation, but lost. There's no reason we can't win those close ones.

Enjoy the season. Geaux Tigers!
